Navigating the transition from independence to needing additional support can feel overwhelming, for both seniors and the families who love them. Whether prompted by changes in health, the loss of a spouse, or the growing demands of maintaining a home, this stage of life often comes with emotional and logistical challenges that no one should have to face alone.

Our mission is to ease that journey with compassion, guidance, and trusted support. We understand that every situation is deeply personal, and we approach each family with empathy, patience, and respect. By walking alongside you during this time of change, we help remove the stress and uncertainty, allowing you to focus on what matters most—well-being, comfort, and peace of mind.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: every senior deserves to experience dignity, care, and joy throughout their golden years. We are here to provide reassurance in difficult moments, clarity in complex decisions, and a steady presence when it’s needed most.

You don’t have to navigate this transition alone. We’re here to help every step of the way.

About

Meet Will Malizia

Senior Transition Specialist

Born and raised in Minnesota, I learned at an early age about the core of Midwest values: Hard work, respect, honesty, and integrity. Values which I carry with me today. Because of my love of outdoors, healthy lifestyle, and skiing, I moved to Loveland, Colorado in 1979.

I have been heavily involved in youth sports as a coach or mentor, and I had the privilege of working as a Professional Associate Baseball Scout for various Major League Teams in the past and I’m fortunate to have won 6 Ea. World Series Championships for baseball in the MABL (Men’s Amateur Baseball) which is held annually in Phoenix, AZ.

With a degree in Business Administration, licensed in The State of Colorado as a Real Estate Agent for 43 years, and a Project Mgr. in the Commercial Construction Industry for over 30 years, I understand quality and customer service. I absolutely enjoy helping people and believe that trust, hard work, and communication are keys in a positive environment. As a Senior citizen myself, I have a soft spot for fellow seniors and helping them maintain their quality of life!

“It’s better to have tried and failed, than to have never tried at all.”

– Alfred Lord Tennyson

I am blessed to have my son and daughter-in-law live in Loveland and the opportunity to spoil my 3 grandkids as a proud grandparent!

Finally, during my leisure time, I enjoy baseball, working out, traveling, volunteering at local charities, camping, reading, and pursing my dream of building a log-cabin!!
